In recent years, deterioration of water environment and its impact is increasingly prominent, seriously affecting the survival and development of mankind, has to be great efforts to control and management level. With the current needs of the construction of ecological civilization, the governance of water ecological environment has caused widespread concern around the world, and has adopted many effective measures, and achieved remarkable results.This article from the status quo of river lake ecosystem pollution of Tianjin city, starting with the study of six districts of the city and county of agriculture water, discusses the types of water source pollution, water environment governance in Tianjin, Tianjin outer ring as an example, select the regional representative of waters, through experimental method for water environment management method suitable for the current situation of water pollution, the main the work and research results are as follows:(1)Cause analysis of river pollution of Tianjin. Through the investigation showed that the pollution sources, industrial and mining enterprises, straight row of wastewater pollution, pollution of water environment, urban and rural domestic wastewater in urban rainwater and sewage, livestock and poultry farms, sewage pollution in large part due to the release of pollutants from sediment siltation of the river river water pollution, sewage treatment plant effluent compliance rate is not high is the main reason of Tianjin city river pollution the.(2)Composite aluminum silicate water treatment agent can reduce the content of poisonous and harmful substances in the sediment water, accelerate the transformation of substance, eliminate the deposition of nutrients and the curing effect of polluted water, the toxic organic compounds, heavy metals, nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants, to be degraded or clear, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying water quality.(3)To strengthen the coupling of biological membrane technology in the governance process especially in the debugging process, need to be adjusted according to the quality and optimization of operation conditions, to cultivate the enhancement of growth coupled membrane biofilm reactor. The technology has carried out demonstration project in TianjinTianjinHuayuanRiver, the outer ring River, the overall effect is good.(4)The biological effect of algae eating insects technology of water treatment technology by using algae eating insects phagocytosis of blue green algae, detritus, suspended particles, harmful fungi, achieve the purpose of purifying water quality, but also can reduce the extent of eutrophication in water body.(5)The introduction of Tianjin outer environmental governance River as an example, select the representative area waters, through the experiment, proved effective in cyanobacteria form and value addition of aluminum silicate composite water treatment agent series. The experimental results show that NH, 3-N, TP, TN, COD, KMNO4, BOD5, chlorophyll index, index decreased significantly.
