Deep-micro holes are widely used in military, aerospace, medical, chemical industry, the blocking condition of the hole determines the performance of the corresponding parts directly, the detection of the blocking conditions is of great significance for ensuring the quality of parts. Currently, the practical detection methods for conduction states including optical method, thermal conductivity method and probe method, but there are some limitations. Aimed at the detection of the conduction of deep micro holes, this paper proposed a new detection method based on ultrasonic wave guide.The main work is as follows:Established the mathematical wave guide model of micro holes; solved the equation within the restricts of initial and boundary conditions; obtained the pressure distribution formula in hole; analyzed the characteristics of wave guide for complex wave sources and the influence of the blockings' acoustic features with the size difference to the wavelength on the pressure distribution in hole.Utilizing the finite element numerical simulation technology, analyzed the response features of the output acoustic power of the holes in different bending states to different blocking levels, and the influences of the obstruction on the sen-dout scale of the wave guide at different axial positions.Designed the scheme of the testing system; set up the platform; tested the frequency selective features for wave guide of the multi-parameter micro-porous;carried out the experiment of blockage detection for deep micro holes. The results showed that there exists a monotonic mapping between the output of the power of the deep micro hole and the blocking levels of the inner hole.This article proposed a detection method for obstruction states of deep micro holes, and both the numerical simulation and experiment of the multi parameter micro hole is completed, the results suggested that this method has good feasibility, thus provided a theoretical basis and technical support for the online detection and application.
