With the continuous development of the machinery manufacturing industry,the processing accuracy of related machinery and equipment has been continuously improved,so the processing quality of many parts in actual production has also improved.However,the research of intermittent deep hole is very few.Compared with general deep hole,there are more problems in processing.The problem of deep hole axis deflection has always been the focus and difficulty of the research.The factors that affect the axis deflection are various,and the process plan during processing and the optimization of deep hole tools based on the selfguided mechanism have a huge impact on the processing results.Quality plays a vital role.This article mainly aims at the guiding problem of gun drill in the intermittent hole processing in actual production,and puts forward a more comprehensive process research plan;by analyzing the influence of the size of the guide bar in the processing,the deep hole tool is optimized to reduce the deep hole The deflection of the axis can improve the processing quality of intermittent deep holes.First of all,design fixtures for the requirements of intermittent deep hole machining and ensuring its straightness.Design the positioning,clamping,indexing and guiding devices respectively,formulate the overall plan and draw the general fixture diagram,mainly including assembly drawings and non-standard parts drawings,and carry out error analysis.The application experiment of the designed special fixture has been carried out,and the results show that the straightness of the intermittent deep hole processed by the fixture is improved,which meets the design requirements.the tangential force and the torque received by the tool were summarized,and the position of the guide bar was analyzed against the gun drill.The influence of processing stability has laid a series of theoretical foundations for the subsequent study of the relationship between the change of the guide bar size and the straightness of the deep hole.Establish a schematic diagram of the load model of the guide bar,study the influence of the size of the guide bar on the straightness of deep hole processing,control the azimuth and width of the guide bar to remain unchanged,increase or shorten the length of the guide bar,and calculate according to the load model Find out the contact deformation under different lengths,and get the optimized scheme.Finally,according to the analysis of the solution to reduce the axial deflection of the deep hole,the influence of different length guide bars on the axial deflection of the intermittent deep hole was verified through finite element simulation and experiment.
