Coating is a very versatile materials which can be coated on the surface of various materials,it can form a continuous layer on the surface of the object.The film is different from the subject in the structure,performance and color.We always contact with the product and the object are most be painted in the military,industrial and domestic fields.Coating is generally composed of three parts,they are the film resin,pigment and solvent,in addition to a variety of additives.We use the hydroxyl alkyd resin,low molecular weight amino formic acid ester polymer to form resin film,use the barium sulfate,800 mesh mica powder,carbon black do as fillers,the dimethylbenzene and butyl acetate as solvent to be prepared the automobile transmission shaft coating,due to the addition of polyaniline corrosion inhibitors for anti-corrosion additives,we solve coating of automobile transmission drive shaft when in the humid environment easily falled off,and prepared a excellent anticorrosive performance of automobile transmission shaft anticorrosive coatings.We use titanium dioxide,109 zinc yellow,talcum powder,barium sulfate,zinc oxide do as pigment and filler,dimethylbenzene and butyl acetate do as the solvent,we prepare transformer accessories coatings by acrylic resin,epoxy resin,acrylic resin and polyurethane resin as film-forming resin respectively,due to the addition of sense to do a warm powder as the coatings additives.The prepared coating could solve the problem of bservation transformer accessories temperature is complicated and the high cost.
