The winding machine is the complete equipment of processing finned tube, but most operation mode of them belonged to half-machinery and half-manual, which were characterized by inefficiency, instable mass, low spec. As the high demand day by day, it is necessary to study and develop the exited winding machine. This thesis adopt the theory combined with practice application method in analysis which are based on the whole three dimension frame of the autoaluminous winding machine, the control system which were integrated with auto send stuff, auto process, auto lay off functions, so the automation and integration were enhanced in the whole.This thesis aimed at the features of aluminous winding at first, in which the basic structure and working principle were analyzed and the three dimensional structure design of machine were based on them. Second, for the sake of improving the automation of the auto-aluminous winding machine, the hydraulic system were designed and the hydraulic system circle, selecting element and electric circle were analyzed, then, we use SIMENS S7-200 PLC control hydraulic system and made hardware compose and software design. The domination principle of the winding control part were discussed and the application of the speed and position control system were analyzed, the technological parameters and control algorithm were further discussed, the input parts and out parts assign of the TRIO motion control card and the distribution and function brief introduction were given. The key points in programming and the anti-jamming of the system and software design of the control system were showed in this thesis. The keystones of the control system were the communication strategy between the TRIO motion control card and the bunch port of the industry personal computer, human-computer interaction interface were designed, which were based on the TRIO motion control card and the industry personal computer.The problems of low efficiency, unstable quality, few specification of the tradition auto-aluminous winding machine with half machinery and half manual operation way are solved in this thesis; the series of the modulating velocity of the product screw-pitch gauge is carried out, and the procedure management, the parameter pre- establishment, automatic and the manual function are also carried out. The production efficiency and the automated level of the enterprise can be enhanced, and finally the competitive ability of the enterprise is enhanced.
