| In order to solve the shortage of China’s forest resources, timber demand growth, crop straw burning waste caused by environmental problems, making straw scrimber become very important. Especially the cotton stalk structure similar to wood, which makes the research of cotton scrimber is extremely urgent. In this paper, the design and manufacture of ease equipment control of the cotton stalk scrimber performance. The design mainly consisted of the following four parts:(1) According to the production process flow analysis the function requirement of the cotton stalk crushing and rubbing machine, provide settlement to the trouble the I and II generation cotton relief barker have, which provides the basis of the design for the cotton pole extrusion rubs machine.(2) Analyzes the overall concept of the cotton stalk crushing and rubbing machine, The extrusion organization uses three pairs of diameters 220 mm clearing out roller, in the surface establishes the different density 90° roller tooth, using peak’s engagement system to the valley can achieve the best clearing out effect. Remove the scraping plate and arrange rubbing roller with 120 mm diameter. The curved groove ball bearing causes the roller to move back and forth, which will achieve the peeling effect. The transmission part adopts the combination of belt drive and gear transmission.(3) Through the design calculation and check, obtains the design size of gear, band pulley, axis, side bar and rack. Uses CAD and PROE according to the design size carries on the modelling and assembly to the components, parts for processing, assembly and debugging of the whole machine.(4) Set the contrast experiment, the data of the experiment demonstrated the cotton rod extruding and kneading machine to production capacity can reach 50kg/h, peeling rate reach 88.34%, cotton stalk loss rate reach 20.95% compared to I and II generation of cotton stalk deflaker the peeling rate increased, the rate of loss of cotton stalks decreased, indicating that ease of peeling effect and cotton stalk utilization rate increased, which can meet the design requirements. |
