The technology emulsified asphalt got increasingly sophisticated after developing for a certain time,and it is widely used in pavement engineering.The emergence of emulsified asphalt brought great convenience to construction,because of the advantage of reducing energy consumption and less environmental pollution.But the emulsified asphalt still have problems on performance that can not be ignored compared to hot mix asphalt.Use the water-based epoxy resin and emulsified asphalt as raw materials,and bind the high adhesive properties of waterborne epoxy resin and the advantages of emulsified asphalt,to prepare a new material that can make up for the shortage of general emulsified asphalt.Firstly,the cured of waterborne epoxy were studied in this paper.The hardener of waterborne epoxy resin was selected,then determined the curing system.Waterborne epoxy solidify condition was choosed subsequently,and analyzed the impact of temperature,curing substrate,and film thickness of waterborne epoxy on the curing of waterborne epoxy.Curing temperature is a major factor that effects the curing process of waterborne epoxy.And it has different solidify conditions on the different substrate surface.Under various factors of solidifition,the cured state of flexible waterborne epoxy is better than a rigid epoxy resin.Choose flexibility waterborne epoxy resin as raw material through analyzing the solidifition of waterborne epoxy resin,and compounded with anionic and cationic emulsified asphalt respectively.Also optimized the process for preparing waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt.Compared the morphology of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt which formed from different types of emulsified asphalt.Microscopic of the product was observed by fluorescence microscopy,and then determined the technical parameters under different content of waterborne epoxy resin through analyzing the morphology.The formation mechanism of structure of the waterborne epoxy asphalt emulsion was analyzed,and explored the preparation of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt sample.Microstructure morphology of solidify film surface and adhesive surface?section under different substrate were observed via fluorescence microscope.Under optimumpreparation,the dispersion of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt was best.Analyzed the bonding situation of waterborne epoxy resin adhesive surface of cement mortar,and found that the particularity of its interface was associated with the fluidity of uncured waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt and the interface roughness of cement mortar.Used cationic and anionic emulsified asphalt as raw materials,and referred emulsified asphalt testing procedures,the storage stability of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt were test respectively.Also researched the adhesion with aggregate and corrosion resistance of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt in this article.Evaluated the mechanical properties and adhesion properties of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt by flexural experiments,L-shaped shear test and Marshall interlaminar shear test of adhesive surface of cement mortar,the results showed that anionic emulsified asphalt has good performance of storage stability.
