Design Of SCADA System For Coal Seam Gas Mining

The collaborative mode has been adopted in the monitoring system:the hypogynous machine takes S7-400 PLC as control core responsible for the acquisition and processing of the field parameters,the upper computers using WinCC configuration softeware display data from the lower machine and finish the function of database archiving, reflect the situation on-site production process through configuring and display to the user the fault information, real-time status data, trend curves and so on, provide strong support for the safe operation of coal bed methane production and utilization.In addition, the latest redundant technology has been introduced to increase the reliability of the control system, which ensures that the system can realize the seamless connection of the data and the non disturbance switching.For the setting of the PID parameters problem,the host computer configure the corresponding interface to avoid the trouble of repeating modify the user program in the step7, improve the efficiency of the whole set. convenient online real-time control.
