As we all know, the process of mining of oil into primary recovery, secondary recovery, tertiary recovery. Among them, the EOR technology in China has developed rapidly, after EOR refers to secondary oil recovery by injecting reservoir unconventional oil extraction methods substance. With most of our high water cut oilfield development period, the use of EOR technology to stabilize and increase oil production, the oil industry has become an important issue need to be resolved. With the deepening of Daqing oil field development, oil flowing from way way way begin to water flooding, polymer flooding way, and now begin a weak base ASP flooding pilot area displacement method.X block north through the second type reservoir weak base ASP flooding industrialization demonstration zone operation analysis shows, three gathering, sewage treatment, with a note whether the system is running smoothly for the entire ASP flooding produced liquid handling systems to shut important.Currently third in the oil refinery, weak base ASP flooding technology has entered the stage of industrialization promotion, then we summarizing from the test area, analyzed the reasons, should take appropriate measures to optimize the degree of fouling mitigation, best meet the geology development needs.North Third X block sub-layers weak base ASP flooding industrial demonstration zone of Daqing Oilfield first weak base ASP flooding industrialization promotion blocks, this paper analyzes the demonstration area oil and gas gathering systems, sewage treatment systems, ternary injection allocation systems put into operation since the ground operation of the process system, problems and cause analysis, and the corresponding rational optimization tips. It aims to constantly optimize the weak base ASP flooding technology ground system to facilitate production management, to better meet the needs of the development of geology as a weak base ASP flooding efficient promotion of industrialization to lay a solid foundation.
