Laser cladding technology is the development of a surface treatment technology is very rapid in recent years,It is through the use of high energy density of the laser beam add alloy material on the surface of the substrate,using high laser energy to alloy material and the substrate surface melting together,on the surface of a substrate forming a good metallurgical bonding of the cladding layer,so as to improve the condition of the surface of parts and prolong its service life.In this paper the butterfly valve used 2205 dual phase stainless steel of like,with the emphasis on the microstructure of 2205 dual phase stainless steel surface by Laser Cladding Ni base alloy process and the cladding layer,comprehensive performance and study in Ni based alloy with WC hard phase cladding layers performance improvement.Based on the different laser processing parameters of added Ni based alloy or add different proportions of Ni/WC alloy microstructure,comprehensive performance analysis with orthogonal experimental method proceeds in cladding layer,choose the better laser cladding process parameters.The microstructure and metallographic shooting photos with LEICA type DM2500 M metallographic image analysis;using Empyrean X ray diffraction(XRD)phase of the cladding layer were analyzed;spectrum analysis(EDS)can be used with a MLA650 F type field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation on the microstructure and morphology of the coating section to do micro area component analysis;hardness test using HVS-1000 A type digital micro hardness tester;corrosion resistance,Emmett g IM6 E electrochemical tester test metallographic specimen surface display;friction wear test and wear testing machine with MM-P2 screen;with the accuracy of 0.1mg AL104 type electronic balance samples before and after wear weight,calculate the sample weight W by weight loss method.Experimental study showed that the body tissue of the microstructure of the cladding layer is finer,the hardness along the direction of the cladding layer thickness is obvious three gradient distribution near the cladding layer surface microhardness was significantly higher than that of the binding region and the hardness of the substrate is not uniformly;convection occurs in the laser cladding process,fine grain strengthening,solid solution strengthening the strengthening mechanism,in the role of these mechanisms,the microhardness of the cladding layer,resistant to corrosion and abrasion resistance have taken place in the significant change.
