Honing automatic measurement is to achieve an important part of automation processing. The accuracy of honing machine measuring system determines the precision of working. Currently, the pneumatic measurement system measurement was widely used in the honing process. In the past, the process of honing pneumatic measurement system of plane surface is wildly used instead of curved measurement. The design parameters of the measurement are also based on planar baffle body. To achieve high-precision measurement of aerodynamic honing, instead of surface measurement by plane measurement is not scientific, so the surface measurement theory and optimization of measurement parameters is essential.Based on the research of the theory of aerodynamics and pneumatic measurements, and by studying the nozzle flapper body of honing pneumatic measurement system, the functional and the conversion rate of expression was obtained under the medium or high-pressure pneumatic measurement system of four conditions when the baffle is curved. First study the diameter of surface baffle and the accuracy of pneumatic measuring system. Studies have shown that the measurement accuracy of characteristic equation of curved surface baffles above the plane. Application of the characteristic equation to design would be more accurately of the pneumatic measuring instrument and measurement system. And to improve the accuracy of honing pneumatic measurement system provides a reliable reference.To verify the characteristic equation of the Surface baffles and optimization of the parameters of the nozzle, the paper based on the solid model, pneumatic measuring device of the baffle structure and the gas nozzle is calculated by fluid simulation software FLUENT. How the air flowing in the equipment when work is shown from the visualization result and obtained the pressure value. Using software to draw the bezel surface pressure of the gap curve, by comparison with the theoretical curve, Baffle surface characteristic equation is verified to be correct. Then different parameters of pressure and gap curve of the main nozzle and the measurement is introduced in the model and simulated. Regulation is found from the final simulation result and based on which, the parameters are optimized when design.
