Mountain flood disaster mainly refers to the flood, debris flow, collapse, etc. caused by heavy rain in mountain creek strip, which endanger the safety of people's lives and property. Jiangxi Province, as a mountainous region of East Asian monsoon region, in recent years, with the development of society and the construction in mountainous area, it's problem of flash flood disaster has become more and more serious. In view of the characteristics of flood disaster and the birth of the complexity and diversity of factors, at present, the flood disaster prevention and control work is mainly depended on the non engineering measures, in which analyze and predict the spatial distribution of flash floods in advance is a very effective prevention and control measures, at the same time as the research focus of this paper.According to the feature of mountain flood in Jiangxi Province, this paper focuses on the flood disaster regionalization in Nanfeng County of Fuzhou city. Combined with the related investigation data, starting from the aspects of topography, hydrology, meteorology, social status and historical disaster record, get a preliminary understanding of the flood situation in Nanfeng county. And then based on natural disaster system theory, this paper through GIS platform in the perspective of disaster-inducing factors, pregnancy disaster environment and the vulnerability of the situation to choose and extract that cover rain intensity, terrain characteristics and social attribute information of 8 risk indexes, as a basis for the modeling of risk division.Then using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) gives the index weights, finally weighted sum of each index in the GIS spatial analysis module, to draw the flood disaster risk zoning map of the study area.Through to the historical disaster data check, validation and affirmed the regionalization results in this paper. And then by qualitative observation and quantitative calculation of correlation coefficient, assess the factors of time and space distribution characteristics and their significant influence area, in order to further provided the foundation for adjust measures to local conditions of mountain torrent disaster management reference.Then small range regionalization of dangerous flash floods is carried out on the basis of the entire county flash flood risk studies. Taking an example of Heyezhou natural village key areas, through the storm flood calculation, combined with field measurement data, village is located on both sides of the river precise delineation of the area of the different levels of risk.In the face of different size of the object of study, should be targeted to use suitable methods, this article follows this principle, comprehensive study the characteristics of mountain flood disasters in Nanfeng county, at last provides a good reference value for mountain flood forecasting and management in Nanfeng county.
