Based on the school enterprise cooperation, Kohler(Nanchang Branch) of Taizhong precision machine VMC-850 L machining center spindle design research.At first, Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing multi spindle design, the technical parameters of the original equipment are analyzed, And combined with the technical indicators of the project, the overall design scheme is determined.Then, on the basis of the calculation and analysis of the cutting force and the cutting power of the main shaft, the design parameters are combined. Primary electric spindle type and of the motorized spindle and main technical parameters of design and verification, including the average diameter of the spindle outer circle, inner hole, front overhang, spindle bearing span. Check the static stiffness of the spindle, can meet the use requirements. The types, arrangement and lubrication of the main shaft bearing are analyzed and selected.
