The spindle of the spinning machine is the largest number,the longest running,has a direct impact on the quality of spinning parts in spinning factory.The traditional spinning machine spindle was rotated by belt drive.Although the control is more convenient and efficient,its mechanical properties will change not controllable.Because the belt will slipped in long time running,which would affect the quality of yarn.Electric spinning machine with single motor direct drive spindle,it not only can simplifies the transmission mechanism of the spindle,but also can greatly enhance the speed of the spindle,to improve production efficiency and enhance the quality of yarn,which have important significance.In the spinning machine's spindle system,According to the actual situation,we must carry on the speed change of the spindle or parking brake.In the field of low profit in the spinning industry,it is not only to improve the control precision,but also to regenerate as much energy as possible.According to the process of spinning spindle electromechanical parking brake,we carried out a systematic study.In order to solve the problem of energy regenerative braking with the insufficient torque in low speed,an electric brake control strategy based on energy regenerative braking is put forward.Simulation results show that based on the energy regenerative braking and pulg braking,the braking time is reduced by 81% compared with the motor free stop.At the same time,the energy recovery efficiency is 76.8%.In addition,the constant torque braking process of the whole braking process is realized,and the braking process is more stable.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper designed a small prototype spinning electric spindle drive control system.This system can realize the independent control of each spindle.The control precision and flexibility is also a qualitative improvement.Upon analyzing the present situation and related technologies of domestic and foreign research.The following work has been carried out in this dissertation:First of all,after considering various factor and condition,we choose BLDC as drive motor for spindle.Designing a project of special motor for electric spindle.I introduced the working principle of traditional ring spinning machine and found out the main problems.And briefly analyzed the mechanical structure of the electric spindle.Secondly,Based on the analysis of BLDC motor control principle,we established mathematical model,and use MATLAB to establish a system model of BLDC motor for electric spindle.According to the braking requirements of electric spindle motor,an electric braking control strategy based on energy regenerative braking and plug braking is put forward,which realized the constant torque braking.Finally,this dissertation designed a control system for the BLDC motor for electric spindle.And its main circuit is designed and analyzed.The DSPIC33 F series chip is used as the main controller to realize the speed closed-loop control of the BLDC motor.The external knob,CAN bus communication,LCD real-time display and a variety of protection and other basic functions were realized.In this paper,the design and production of the system control circuit is completed.The related circuit diagram,PCB board and physical board are given.At the same time,I have written the BLDC motor control software program,which to realized the speed adjustment,PID controller,AD,LCD display and other basic functions.All the work I have done has laid a solid foundation for further research.
