In all the existing elements, fluorin is the most vivacious, and the strongest electronegative of all nonmatal elements. Lots of organic compounds which contains fluorin have unique chemical and physical properties due to fluorin is imported into these organic compounds. With the developing of the technology, although many methods of preparation of fluoroorganics have been developed to data, they often have unavoidable disadvantages such as serious pollution, multistep routs in chemical fluorination, complicated equipment, and hazardous operation. The developed electrochemical fluorination, as a novel fluorination method, can import fluorin into organic compounds directly under mild conditions.In this paper, we have studied how to get rid of little water in HF, the electrochemical fluorination of Acryloyl chloride, and the product of fluorinated Acryloyl chloride as the dopant to synthesize doped polyaniline(PANI) micro/nanofibers. The research content just as follow:The first part:we used the device to detect the content of water in HF, but the result was not meet the demand; After contrasting to traditional methods which were used for eliminating water, finally we choosed electrolysis as getting rid of little water, apart from, we used the device to conform that it was available to eliminating water by electrolysis method, it was the precondition to do the next step.The second part:we used cylinder stainless steel cell, nickel as anode and cathode. We discussed the relationship between variate of electrolysis. The temperature of the cell is about 0?-5?, the cell voltage is 5.2-5.5V,the electrolysis time is about 36h. After electrochemical fluorination of Acryloyl chloride, we get Pentafluoropropionyl chloride and next step is using base to make the Pentafluoropropionyl chloride be salt, then we use the acid to acidification and distil to get the pentafluoropropionic acid.The third part:The self-assembled micro/nanostructure of polyaniline was controllably obtained by changing the molar ratio of the pentafluoropropionic acid (PFA) to aniline(An)in the presence of pentafluoropropionic acid used as the dopant and ammonium persulfate as oxidant. On the certain temperature, The shape of doped polyaniline is depending on the molar ratio of the pentafluoropropionic acid (PFA) to aniline (An). When the molar ratio of the pentafluoropropionic acid (PFA) to aniline (An) is 1, the morphology of polyaniline turned into micro/nanotubes.The micro/nanotubes of polyaniline are partly crystal.
