| The rural ecological civilization as an important part of China's socialist ecological civilization,has been widely carried out throughout the country.China's central region condition has superior production condition,rich natural resources and outstanding agricultural status.To strengthen the region's rural ecological protection,which is the inevitable choice to construct a new socialist countryside of central China;to promote the coordinated development between urban and rural areas in central China,and also to realize the rising of the central China.This paper mainly discusses the problems of rural ecological protection in China's central region from theoretical perspective.First of all,it analyzes the inevitability of rural ecological protection in central China from the perspective of Marxist theory.Secondly,it analyzes the theoretical foundation of rural ecological protection in central China.Marxist theory is extensive and profound,it contains rich ecological idea.Chinese traditional culture has a long history and also has many thoughts about ecological production.These thought provides a good theoretical basis of rural ecological protection in central China.In addition,it analyzes the constraints of rural ecological construction in central China,concluding weak ecological environment protection consciousness of rural residents;the small-scale peasant production model under the restriction of resources;serious investment in rural infrastructure and unsound rural environmental protection law system etc.Finally,it explores the path of rural ecological protection in central China from the perspective of practice.Strengthening rural ecological protection areas of central China needs to shift rural ecological management thinking.The attention should be paid to guiding farmers' ecological protection consciousness,to promoting the legal construction of rural ecological protection,and also need to giving full play to the role of grassroots organizations. |
