Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In The New Socialist Countryside

With the future of the party and the state for the policy of building a new socialistcountryside, the development of production, affluent life, civilization, clean and tidyvillages and democratic management, become targets and specific standards for theconstruction of new socialist countryside, the new rural construction became the task ofthe new era.The new rural construction and building a socialist harmonious society must uniteand protect the natural environment,creating a resource-saving and environment-friendlysociety is an integrated rural development with a comprehensive view of the guidingideology of the whole situation.Which is summed up from the material civilization,spiritual civilization, political civilization and ecological civilization harmony,and organiccombine economic development and environmental protection in rural areas. In theprocess of creating a ecological civilization village, our country have appeared in thevillage of outstanding ecological civilization, ecological civilization these villages toprotect the ecological environment and the rural economy combine organic, did a beautifulenvironment, rapid economic development, people and nature in harmony get along betterliving environment. Truly ecological Marxism with ideas to solve some of the problemsencountered in the new rural, show the great achievements of the new era of socialist newcountryside construction. This paper analyzes several typical ecological civilizationconstruction village to illustrate the achievements of socialist new countrysideconstruction.And with the development of the new socialist countryside construction,China’secological civilization village gradually created and accumulated some successfulexperiences, but also faces some, such as farmers’ environmental awareness is not strong,rural industrial structure needs to be optimized, the rural environment is not optimistic,government departments inadequate management, highlighting the problems typical driveis inadequate. In this paper, two levels of subjective and objective analysis of the causes ofthese problems are argued, and on the basis of suggestions for putting forward specificecological civilization village building a socialist new countryside vision iscreated,namely, strengthening publicity awareness, increasing farmers’ awareness ofenvironmental protection, strengthening rural environmental protection, strengthening themain institution-building, comprehensive management, are needed to do in order to buildnew rural ecological civilization.
