In recent years, there are many faults of transformer and reactor is caused by corrosive sulfur in transformer oil appeared at home and abroad. Corrosive sulfur is a kind of trace impurities in oil, it can react with copper copper sulfidedeposition in transformer. Due to the conductive copper sulfide, the material of insulating paper permeability, pollution on the wire, the wire insulation gradually weakened, resulting in transformer burn out, the wire insulation is the main cause of this type of fault. At present, the problem of corrosive sulfur in electric power research and extensive attention in many producers, reduce sulfur corrosion, adding metal passivator is moreeconomical and effective means. In view of the insulation failure problem in power transformer found recently, as well as the mechanism of copper sulphide contro- versy, designed mercaptan and DBDS(dibenzyl disulfide) pilot program for transformer oil corrosion, That is added at a concentration of new25 # transformer oil for 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500(mg / kg) of dodecanethiol and DBDS,under the 140 ? isothermal aging 48 hours, The acid value, volume resistivity, surface tension, copper content and their change of the transformer oil were tested. Results show that: Under the same conditions, mercaptan for the influence of transformer oil is higher than DBDS.Therefore, the study can not ignore the impact of sulfur corrosion mercaptan. The affection of DBDS in transformer oil to do the research, conditions of temperature and time parameters, we found that if the transformer oil in the presence of dibenzyl disulfide, along with the growth of the running time, it will slow the impact of aging and degree of oxidation of transformer oil, but during operation, Once the temperature rise occurs, even a small amount of dibenzyl disulfide will accelerate oil oxidation and aging. For the passivator inhibition of corrosive sulfur, First designed join Benzotriazole(BTA)and I39 on each contain two benzyl disulfide and thiol oil samples corrosion inhibiting effect.and the impact of changes in the concentration of deactivator corrosion. The results show:Add deactivator excessive oil will cause great damage to property. Secondly designed to join Benzotriazole(BTA) for transformer oil sulfur corrosion test program. After add 100 mg / kg dibenzyl disulfide(DBDS) 25# new transformer oil as a blank sample, Continue adding 100mg/kg of BTA as a test sample, in 100?, 120? and 140? ageing 40 days. The acid value, volume resistivity, surface tension, copper content and their change of the transformer oil were tested under different aging time, temperature and before and after adding deactivators on the transformer oil was studied. Results show that: the addition of live attenuated agent can effectively inhibit sulfur corrosion, under normal operating temperature, the BTA has little effect on the volume resistivity of the oil, but also even safe? However, if the transformer oil temperature increases, the addition of the passivation agent will aggravate the aging of the transformer oil.
