With the reform of market economy and the changing pattern of industry.The traditional heavy industry enterprises such as coal industry,are facing important innovation in environmental protection,production safety and other aspects.In the coal safety,how to locate the underground miners in real time is an important guarantee for the normal operation and special accident handling.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an electronic information platform for the development of enterprises,which is mainly based on routine attendance and safety accidents.Jinjiaqu coal mine of Shenhua Ningmei group is the research object in this paper.This paper aims at the deficiency of existing coal mine personnel location technology and the production and management demand of coal mine development,and design a personnel location system based on RSSI barycenter circling algorithm.Firstly,the research on the background of underground personnel location system and the advanced technology and locating algorithm of the underground personnel in Jinjiaqu coal mine are studied.According to the actual situation of Jinjiaqu coal mine,the management and informationization requirements which meet the production requirements of the mining area are given,including location,track query,attendance,alarm and so on.The specific performance indexes of the main equipment and hardware in the system are presented.Secondly,the design and system construction of personnel location scheme are completed.The design principle of the system is developed,and the design and analysis of the general scheme and working principle of the system are completed.The hardware platform with CC2530 as the core and the wireless communication network with ZigBee as the core are built respectively.In the research of locating algorithm,the analysis of location technology and principle is completed and the performance comparison is carried out.Based on the optimization of attenuation model and technical parameters,The barycenter circling algorithm based on RSSI is proposed,and the simulation model is established and compared with the analysis.The results show that the location function and management function are efficient and accurate,and basically meet the design requirements of the coal mine.Finally,the system debugging and application are completed.The article completes the personnel location function and the management function debugging and explanation.This paper also analyzes the functions of authority management,interface design,data processing,personnel track display and tracking,and alarm.In debugging and running effect,this paper designed Jinjiaqu coal mine personnel location system based on ZigBee,basically meet the communication distance,maximum communication cycle and uniqueness to identify the design requirements.The barycenter circling algorithm based on RSSI is more accurate in location function than traditional location algorithm.However,there are still some deficiencies in this paper,and there is still lack of development in the system's completeness and development,which needs to be improved continuously in the future.
