Air separation equipment in our country plays an important role in the process of economic development.The air separation equipment products such as: oxygen,nitrogen,argon,etc are widely used in production and all aspects of life.The nitrogen as the main raw materials of chemical production,Its usage is huge.In all kinds of commonly used fertilizer nitrogen content is very high,Ammonium nitrate nitrogen content is 36%,21% ammonium nitrogen content,Urea nitrogen content is 46.7%.In addition,the nitrogen in the fertilizer plant started production before or after the production equipment overhaul,is also being used to replace gas pipe and air in the container and other impurities,ensure the safety of the production.Oxygen is used for the high temperature of heavy oil cracking and pulverized coal gasification process,to strengthen technological process,improve fertilizer production.Typically,a set of 100000 tons of ammonia plant needs to match to 10000m3/h oxygen generator.In addition to the application of chemical fertilizer production,oxygen in oil chemical industry and industrial production has also has a huge role,in the process of petroleum and chemical oxygen with rich oxygen instead of air oxidation reaction,can improve the reaction rate and product quality.Processing production in the process of sewage,exposure to activated carbon oxygen enrichment can also increases oxygen to the sewage pool and improve the activity of bacteria,etc.As the production of a chemical company of Henan,the oxygen,nitrogen gas demand is also increasing,corresponding to the air separation equipment are also put forward the production safety,economic operation,intelligent control requirements.For air separation equipment control system,insist on at the same time ensure production safety,continuity,and intelligent.To meet the design requirements,must use safe and reliable industrial control systems and more optimal control scheme.This subject adopts the distributed control system,the centralized monitoring,control site decentralized control manner.Design is introduced in the chemical group new add a 20000 m3/h air separation unit,the design of air separation equipment of conventional control system based on Hollysys DCS named MACS.Mainly includes the following features:1,according to the air separation production technology characteristic and the control system requirements,introduction of the chemical group on the new system structure and hardware configuration of air separation equipment control system.2,Design system allows the chain of production and stop control logic.3,Articles on control algorithm configuration,equipment configuration,database configuration,monitoring screen configuration,report configuration,safety in production,the valve operating control design is discussed.Uses the existing standard template,make full use of the MACS system provides the function,achieve good human-computer interaction.In the design of the paper,the surge of compressor control technology for a certain number of research and application.Through the design and application of this system,better meet the needs of the production of the air separation equipment.
