The significance of studying the fault diagnostic system is that it is basis of various faults.The system will make a quick response to the fault repair and give an important maintenance advice when the worker or technicians who is responsible for maintenance out of working.The system can be used to record the phenomenon of machine faults,the ways of fault diagnosis and maintenance methods.It also can be updated and added continuously.The system can be used for the training new employees,helping them quickly master the maintenance methods of the machine to alleviate the pressure caused by the lack of maintenance staff.The system plays an important role in actual production.This article illustrates the common faults of the WFL mill-turn in the company.The faults of spindle module,hydraulic system module,tool and tool change device module are sorted and analyzed,because they are the main components of machine.In order to realize the system,how to design the system and what is system functional requirements and non-functional requirements demand of WFL mill-turn interactive diagnosis system is proposed in this paper.The diagnostic system which is based on rules and fault tree rules is analyzed for design of system structure and the fault diagnosis process.The whole tree is divided into multiple sub tree which relatively independent by using fault analysis method.The knowledge of WFL machine interactive fault diagnosis by using generative representation and frame representation.A reasoning model based on deterministic reasoning,forward reasoning,depth first search and conflict resolution strategy is proposed,which can improve the diagnosis model of WFL mill-turn interactive diagnostic system.Human-computer interaction fault diagnostic system of WFL mainly consists of knowledge base,inference model,database and so on.The system application of qt-creator software programming,based on the C++ language development.Knowledge base will be transformed into effective database by using the SQLite data management tools.In order to increasing the system operability and maintainability object-oriented is designed.This paper also describes the data storage format,database connection,database additions and deletions,and related auxiliary tools and other program design contents.Finally,the human machine interaction fault diagnosis of WFL machine tool is demonstrated.
