The fly ash resistivity has a great impact on the performance of electric precipitator,Especially in the selection and operation of electric precipitator, The parameter fly ash resistivity is more important. In order to adjust the electric precipitator to adapt to the change of coal, On-line monitoring of fly ash resistivity is very necessary. This paper access to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, The overall design of the On-line monitoring of fly ash resistivity system is complete. The system sampling fly ash in the electric precipitator regularly, and measure the resistivity data,Data acquisition through the acquisition module, then the data is displayed and printed by the upper computer. First, we design three plans of dust collection, dust collector is installed in the anode plate and the flue respectively, and discussed the feasibility of the three plans. And then the design of the on-line monitoring system for one of them is carried out. Realized the measurement, data acquisition, transmission and display of the fly ash resistivity under the working condition. The system adopts SIEMENS PLC as collection system, and automatic collection, measurement and timing are realized through software programming. In this paper, a mathematical model is constructed to calculate the resistivity, and show the data on PC.In this system, the traditional measurement of fly ash resistivity technology and on-line monitoring technology are compared, real-time on-line intelligent monitoring of fly ash resistivity is realized. Operator reference monitoring data, take effective measures to reduce the resistivity to improve the efficiency of dust collection. The research of this paper has very strong innovation and practically.
