In the context of the Made in China 2025 and the textile industrys "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",it is imperative to transform enterprise textile production equipment through the use of sensor technology,embedded technology and network technology.The mechanical covering yarn machine is a production equipment for manufacturing covering yarn through a rotating mechanism.It plays an important role in the textile industry,but its maintenance is a problem that plagues enterprises.This article analyzes the production process requirements and working principles of mechanical covering yarn machines.Starting from the unknown equipment status and tedious maintenance,combined with the development of equipment monitoring technology at home and abroad,the monitoring objects are selected and analyzed.After the research,a solution for the monitoring system of the working condition of the mechanical covering yam machine was proposed.The whole system is divided into four parts:data acquisition,data processing and human-computer interaction,emergency shredding,and remote monitoring.In the data acquisition part,according to the key operating parameters of the balloon speed,the photoelectric sensor and hysteresis voltage comparator are used to realize the collection and conditioning of the original signal of the balloon speed.Circuit switching technology realizes data collection of multi-spindle balloon speed.In the part of data processing and human-computer interaction,the real-time monitoring of the spindle status is realized by running data processing tasks on the ?C/OS-?embedded real-time operating system,and the data visualization and human-machine interaction on site are realized by running emWin tasks.When an abnormal situation is detected,the alarm shredding function is implemented;the CAN module is used between system modules to achieve efficient and stable data transmission;the redundant use of the monitoring system's main control module and server through Wi-Fi modules and 4G modules to ensure This improves the efficiency and stability of the data link.The remote monitoring part uses Flask and MySQL to build a web server,which realizes the remote monitoring of the covering yarn machine and the storage of running status data.Finally,a functional test of the entire system was performed,and the results showed that the data collection was accurate,the shredded module was working properly,the human-computer interaction and Web service functions were normal,and the communication between the modules was stable.The use of this system can meet the needs of automatic and timely reminding of equipment maintenance at the production site,and improve the automation level of enterprise production management.
