Through the catalytic properties Activated coke denitration technology can achieve the effect of selective catalytic reduction. Under the condition of 100150?, NOx and O2,NH3 react to form nitrogen and water. Reaction temperature of Activated coke denitration is low, position arranged in the tail flue. Activated coke denitration technology has good economical efficiency. For good adaptability, activated coke denitration unit can be applied to different types of boiler. This paper includes activated coke on characterization study, denitration performance simulation study, intrinsic kinetics mechanism study.Through the phase analysis, this paper found that the crystal phase structure is similar to graphite with good orientation of amorphous structure. From the sem spectra analysis, obvious peak of calcium, iron, silicon, oxygen can be seen. By XPS full spectrum scanning, this paper found that the activated coke accounted for more than 80% to the surface of carbon, oxygen second, accounting for about 10%.Simulate activated coke catalytic denitration process in industrial application in the laboratory. It can be seen that oxygen participates in the reaction from the experimental results. When oxygen concentration increased, the denitration efficiency gradually increased, after the oxygen concentration reach 8%, denitration efficiency will not rise. Water reduces activated coke catalytic ability. Ammonia nitrogen ratio was between 1.11.2 for the best proportion of activated coke denitration, namely to promote the maximum reaction to positive direction and to avoid the excess ammonia to cause secondary pollution.Activated coke denitration intrinsic dynamics research shows that the chemical mechanism of activated coke denitration process is in line with E-R model reaction, ammonia is strong adsorption gas, other gases is weak adsorption gas. This paper chooses fixed bed integral reactor as experimental generator and gets the reaction rate expression. Contact time "?" and "dx/d?" introduction are convenient for the calculation of intrinsic kinetic parameters. This paper gets the more accurate intrinsic kinetics parameters of activated coke denitration by the linear programming algorithm. After checking, the resulting equation is in line with the actual process.
