The emission of atmospheric pollutants such as SO2 and NO in industrial furnaces is an important cause of environmental pollution,and SO2 and NO are also the main reasons for the formation of acid rain and photochemical smog,which seriously affect the environmental quality and human health.Activated Coke,as a cheap carbon based adsorption material,is used in the desulfurization and denitrification of industrial furnace under the temperature of less than 200?.Compared with high temperature SCR,it can avoid reheating of industrial flue gas.It is an important method to reduce the cost of desulfurization and denitrification in industrial furnace.However,there are many problems in the desulfurization and denitrification of activated coke in industrial furnaces,such as the low denitrification efficiency and the inactivation and regeneration mechanism of activated coke.In this paper,Fe-Ce and other oxides are used to modify the activated coke,which is not only cheap,but also has good adsorption properties.The oxide of Fe and Ce has a good catalytic effect on denitrification at low temperature.Using the equal volume impregnation method,the modified activated coke is screened by the modified activated coke under the conditions of different components and different loads.The denitrification,activated coke desulphurization and regeneration performance of Fe-Ce modified coke at low temperature are researched by different characterization methods.By characterizing the physical and chemical properties of the activated coke,it is shown that the activated coke has a developed pore structure and a larger specific surface area,and the activated coke has a very rich chemical oxygen functional group on the surface.The activated coke of Fe and Ce is modified by impregnation method.By screening the denitrification efficiency of modified activated coke under different conditions,it is found that the efficiency of denitrification is the best when the active component is 8%,Fe and Ce molar ratio 1:1,and the denitrification efficiency is 92.86%and 87.50%at the air velocity 6000h-1 and 10000 h-1 at the temperature 150?.The activated coke with the best load after screening is used to simulate the catalytic denitrification reaction process at different temperature and different air velocity in a fixed bed reactor,and the activity time of the modified activated coke is proved to be unknown and had a long catalytic activity.The best Fe-Ce modified activated coke is prepared by impregnation method.The changes of physical and chemical properties before and after the modification of active coke were studied by means of BET,SEM,FTIR and XPS,and the mechanism of Fe-Ce modified activated coke is investigated.The orthogonal experiment is designed to use the Fe-Ce modified activated coke catalyst with the best denitrification performance.The change of the denitrification performance of modified activated coke under different factors is studied.The influence of SO2 concentration,water vapor content and ammonia nitrogen ratio on the denitrification efficiency at different temperatures is mainly studied.Orthogonal test table is designed and the orthogonal experimental junction is used by the extreme method.The fruit is analyzed,and the physical and chemical properties of activated coke before and after denitrification are analyzed by means of BET,FTIR and XPS.The desulfurization adsorption performance experiment is carried out with the unmodified activated coke.In order to ensure the desulfurization efficiency,the economy of activated coke desulfurization is improved,and the pyrolysis regeneration method is used to regenerate the adsorbed saturated activated coke.The results show that the water vapor has a great influence on the desulfurization performance of activated coke.When there is water vapor,the desulfurization performance of active coke is greatly improved,and the desulfurization effect is best when the temperature is about 150?.At the same time,under the conditions of pyrolysis and regeneration at400?,the activated coke with saturated adsorption saturation under the presence of water vapor has good regeneration characteristics,which ensures the recycling of the desulfurization adsorbed activated coke and improves the industrial application value.
