Therefore, the study of lotus seed through core equipment can promote the lotus industry high speed development, realization of lotus seed through the core link of mechanized has great prospects.This work according to the lotus seed through core equipment problems, combined with the shape characteristics of the lotus seed husking and peeling equipment and lotus seed, a rely on three roller at the same time to self centering operation of gas dynamic lotus seed core machine, the use of cam structure to achieve lotus seed inlet and outlet, with double live cylinder plug installed micro DC motor and drill through the core action, can realize the regularity of lotus seed feeding and precise core. Main research contents are as follows:(1) Guangchang lotus shape and size were measured, including lotus seed length diameter, lotus seed shell thickness, the length of the lotus diameter, lotus core bottom diameter and length of the lotus core. Lotus length distribution in 17 to 18.96 mm and lotus maximum diameter distribution 14 to 19.54 mm, lotus core length distribution in 16.14 to17.86 mm, lotus core at the bottom of the diameter distribution in 2 to 2.98 mm, lotus core length distribution in 16.14 to 17.86 mm. Through the above data to draw the lotus seed and lotus core three-dimensional entity model.(2) The 3D solid modeling software Pro / E of lotus seed through the parts of the machine core of solid drawing, and each part is assembled into a virtual prototype. Using Pro / E 3D software Zhongji construction module part of the virtual prototyping key moving parts to carry on the movement simulation, analyze whether there is interference phenomenon, and to import and material lifting arm key movement of displacement,velocity and acceleration analysis.(3) according to the results of the virtual prototype simulation, to optimize the parameters of the prototype, after making lotus seed core machine physical prototype, and the physical prototype of lotus seed through core test and noise testing, test and the test results are as follows: the machine noise 70 d B, lotus seeds through the core damage rate was 2.5%, core rate was 97.4%, efficiency of core for 2000 individual /hour.The research and design of lotus seed through core machine has the advantages of simple installation, low failure rate, convenient maintenance, automatic precision centering etc. to realize high core rate, low breakage rate of lotus seed core. |
