| Lotus seed is one of feature agricultural products in our country,and it has won people’s favorite because of its abundant nutritional value and medicinal value.Lotus seed’s splitting is one processing method and it desgined to get lotus seed core and improve the added value of lotus seed.The traditional manual splitting devices have been replaced by the automatic lotus seed splitting machines for its low productive efficiency and great labar intensity. However,the problem of handling the mixtures of splitting lotus seed is a restrictive factor of the automatic production of splitting lotus seed.In order to improve the productive efficiency,this paper analyses and studies the mixtures of splitting lotus seed,plans the process,studies the screen-penetrating of lotus seed core and dust and the turnover of splitting lotus seed kernel,and finally designs a efficient machine to separate the mixtures of splitting lotus seed and turn over splitting lotus seed kernel.The contents of this paper are shown as follows.1.The composition of the mixtures of splitting lotus seed were analyzed,the size of lotus seed core and splitting lotus seed are measured and the corresponding model are established.Accroding to the requirement for each part of the splitting lotus mixtures,a process scheme is proposed with its process planning.2.The research that carried out around the screen-penetrating of lotus seed core and dust studied the influencing factors of vibrating screen rate,calculated the influencing factors of the screen-penetrating of lotus seed core and dust,which laid a solid foundation for the machine design. The ADMAS simulation of the screen-penetrating of lotus seed core demonstrates that when the amplitude of screen box is 3mm and the vibration frequency is 50 Hz,the screening efficiency is the optimal.3.The probability of splitting lotus seed in the appearance of splitting parting surface up is studied.Studied a way to turn over the splitting lotus seed to the pose with splitting parting surface up,so that workers can quickly identify the splitting lotus seed kernel with core and then pick the core up.Based on the principle of minimum potential energy and the way of directional feeding, the turnover mechanism of splitting lotus seed kernel is designed achieving all the splitting lotus seed kernel with its splitting parting surface up.4.The prototype machine is developed and manufactured,which can separate the mixtures of splitting lotus seed and turn over splitting lotus seed kernel to the appearance of splitting parting surface up.The test of the screen-penetrating of lotus seed core shows that when the amplitude of screen box is 3mm and the vibration frequency is 50 Hz,the success rate is 100%.The test of the turnover of splitting lotus seed kernel shows that when the amplitude of screen box is 2.83 mm and the vibration frequency is 50 Hz,the success rate is 82%.The maximum capacity of the machine to handle the mixtures of splitting lotus seed of this machine is 45kg/h.Although the tureover result is not optimal,it still reduces the workload significantly. |
