| Ceramics is a material often used in human life and production, and its application is all over various fields of national economy. However, the characteristic difficulty to mould limits ceramic utilization, especially for complex shaped ceramic moulded by complex mould. Complex mold needs high processing costs and longer development cycle, and it could not modified after the mould is made, not fit in with the rapid upgrading products, but the rapid prototyping technology can solve these problems. Fused deposition technology is a mature king of the rapid prototyping technology, and it is simple, clean, environmentally friendly, and it has a high utilization of materials, and it can print many kinds materials. At present, there has been ceramic melting deposition method to print ceramics, however, it exists a bad precision of printing and much gap in printing object. To solve these problems, the fused deposition technology and the droplet ejection technology is combined, because droplet ejection technology not only has high-precision of inkjet printing, but also can reduce much gap.Based on the principle of fused deposition and droplet ejection, ordinary desktop printer of fused deposition was modified into a fused deposition jet printer. The principle is a pulse controller controls the relay, and the relay is driven by high-frequency electromagnetic valve to let the gas goes or block. When the gas passes through, it forces of the liquid in the cavity orifice ejecting out from the nozzle; when the gas is blocked,it stops. This device mainly is made of droplet generating system, three-dimensional motion platform and control system consists of droplets and so on.By the forming process, the factors that have effect on the printing are selected. And finally by MODDE software, screening experiments of printing distance, printing temperature, printing pressure, printing speed and the printing frequency, totally five factors selected is done for evaluate their importance on the printing. Based the result of screening experiments, it could be concluded that printing distance, printing temperature, printing pressure, printing frequency, combined factors of printing frequency and printing speed, these five factors impact the printing greatly. |
