Study On The Coupling Coordination Between Tourism Economy And Ecological Environment In The Capital Cities Of The Silk Road

"This Silk Road Economic Zone" strategy "and" The vision and action of the Zone and Road "has brought new opportunities for the development in the capital cities of the Silk Road. Zhengzhou City, Xi'an City, Lanzhou City, Xining City, Yinchuan City, Urumqi City,the capital cities of the six provinces of the Silk Road are excellent tourist cities of the provinces. They have good basis for tourism development. But the rapid development of theirs tourism economy also bring challenges for the protection of the ecological environment.The ecological environment of most capital cities of the Silk Road is fragile, the rapid development of tourism directly threatens the sustainable development of the ecological environment. In the face of new development opportunities, the capital cities of the silk road must coordinate the relationship between tourism economic development and ecological environment protection. The ecological environment can not be sacrificed for the economic benefit of tourism, we can not restrict the development of tourism economy for the protection of ecological environment, either. We should find the balance point between tourism economic development and ecological environment protection. It is necessary to study the coupling and coordination of the tourism economy and ecological environment system of the provincial capital cities of the silk road.Based on the data collection, processing, calculation, analysis, i had concluded the coupling coordination for the capital cities of The Silk Road, to study the present situation of the local tourism industry and the ecological environment, to help the government departments formulate the relevant policy, and to realize the coordinated development of tourism economic system and ecological environment system of provincial capital cities of the silk road. In this paper, Zhengzhou City, Xi'an City, Lanzhou City, Xining City, YinchuanCity, Urumqi City, the six provincial cities were evaluated and comparative analysis in the tourism economy and the ecological environment coupling coordination status, and the grey prediction model GM(1,1) was used to predict the coupling coordination degree of the tourism economy and ecological environment system in 2014-2018. Research results show that:(1) In addition to the Xi'an city and Zhengzhou city, 2004- 2013 the remaining four capital cities are lagging compared on the level of the tourism economy development and the level of ecological environment development.(2) From 2004 to 2013, the coupling and coordination degree of the tourism economy and ecological environment system of the six provincial capital cities of the Silk Road showed a rising trend, But the progress is slow, the coupling coordination degree is low, and the status of the provincial capital cities is not commensurate with the development of the Silk Road, the coordinated development of the tourism economy system and the ecological environment system of the provincial capital cities of the silk road needs to be further strengthened.(3) A comparative study on the coupling and coordination degree of tourism economy and ecological environment of six provincial capital cities in 2004, 2008, 2013 years, In 2004, Xi'an City, the largest coupling co scheduling, Lanzhou City, the smallest coupling scheduling; In 2008, Zhengzhou City, the largest coupling co scheduling, Lanzhou City, the smallest coupling scheduling; In 2013,Xi'an City, the largest coupling co scheduling, Yinchuan City, the smallest coupling scheduling. The mean of the coupling coordination degree of the tourism economy of the six provincial capital cities is gradually increasing at the three time points.(4) 2013-2018 Xi'an tourism economy- environmental system coupling coordination level from barely coordinate to the primary coordination; Zhengzhou tourism economy- environmental system coupling coordination level from the brink of disorder to the primary coordination; Lanzhou city and Xining city tourism economy- environmental system coupling coordination degree from mild disorder to the verge of disorder. Yinchuan city and Urumqi City, the coupling level ofthe tourism economy- ecological environmente system has not improved, Yinchuan still belongs to a mild disorder, Urumqi city is still on the verge of disorder.According to the problems of coupling coordination between tourism economic system and ecological environment system in the capital cities of the Silk Road, the countermeasures are put forward as follows:(1) Mutual benefit and win-win cooperation,including the strengthening of government communication, improve the mode of transport,build a platform for exchange.(2) Take a variety of measures, exploit local tourism resources.Including the introduction of funds, planning tourism products, clear development advantages(3) Wisdom tourism, promote economic development.Including the construction of the wisdom of the tourism area and other measures.(4) Eco tourism, build a green Silk Road.Including improving laws and regulations, strengthen tourism management, enhance the awareness of environmental protection.
