As a new class of porous materials, Metal-Organic Frameworks are formed by metal ions and organic ligands in the coordination bond by the action of self-assembly which have periodic network structure. Combining the characteristics of organic polymers with coordination polymers and different from silicone inorganic polymers and general organic polymer, the organic-inorganic hybrid material shows a wide range of applications in catalysis, adsorption, separation, gas storage and other fields. Furthermore, membrane of Metal-Organic Frameworks membrane materials has gradually attracted research interests, in which CAU-1 is a new type of metal-organic framework structure material and shows high CO2 adsorption capacity and excellent selectivity for CO2 over N2 due to the existence of amino group in its structure. Therefore, CAU-1 has great prospects as membrane material of separation for CO2.In this paper, we focus on the preparation of CAU-1 membrane on the ?-Al2O3 macroporous and hollow fiber tubular supports, the achievement accomplished and present work is as follows:(1) It was difficult to synthesize CAU-1 membrane on ?-Al2O3 macroporous tubular support with good separation performance of CO2 via in-situ growth method. CAU-1 membrane prepared by repeated crystallization synthesis method has a single CO2 permeation rate of 9.2×10-7mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1 and ideal selectivity for CO2/N2, CO2/CH4 and CO2/H2 of 5.78, 2.27,2.69.(2) CAU-1 membrane prepared by secondary growth method on ?-Al2O3 macroporous tubular support has a single CO2 permeation rate of 1.97×10-6mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1 and ideal selectivity for CO2/N2, CO2/CH4 and CO2/H2 of 3.50,1.55,1.47. CAU-1 membrane prepared by repeated crystallization synthesis method has a single CO2 permeation rate of 1.22×10-6mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1 and ideal selectivity for CO2/N2, CO2/CH4 and CO2/H2 of 5.40,2.17, 1.72.(3) CAU-1 membrane prepared by secondary growth method on ?-Al2O3 hollow fiber tubular support has a single CO2 permeation rate of 1.32×10-6mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1 and ideal selectivity for CO2/N2, CO2/CH4 and CO2/H2 of 2.05,1.14,0.74. CAU-1 membrane prepared by repeated crystallization synthesis method has a single CO2 permeation rate of 0.27×10-6mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1 and ideal selectivity for CO2/N2, CO2/CH4 and CO2/H2 of 3.26,1.87, 1.01.
