Study On The Rural Environmental Governance In The Process Of Urbanization In Beipiao City

In recent years, the overall living standard of the countryside in China has improved steadily, the rural economy has a sound and rapid development of urban construction and the construction of rural urbanization has also made remarkable achievements. But with the rapid development, the environmental pollution will become a vital factor that affects the sustainable development of the rural economy from the perspective of the development. Based on this, how to avoid contamination of the rural environment is an urgent need for the government to solve, which is related to the sustainable and sound development in the countryside, while dealing with the environmental pollution and economic development correctly, speeding up the new rural construction and completing the goal of the well-off life.At present, china is carrying out work related to agriculture, the rural areas and farmers in full swing, and how to reduce environmental pollution has become a serious problem. In this thesis, the theories of sustainable development and environmental public goods are taken as the theoretical basis, and the rural environmental governance in Beipiao is viewed as the research object. The problems and causes of the rural environment in Beipiao are systematically analyzed by the method of interview and questionnaire surveys. This article points out how to take advantage of each function in the countryside environmental pollution and analyzes the relationship between the government, the market and the third sector. This paper is divided into four parts to expound views. First, it summarized development-related concepts and theories on environmental protection at domestic and foreign and then it states the significance of controlling the rural environmental pollution. The second part of this paper elaborates the related theory from various angles, based on the rural environmental pollution in Beipiao and the questionnaire survey. The third chapter concludes the existing issues and reasons based on the findings. in the last part.It mainly analyzes the methods of controlling the rural environmental pollution and protecting rural environment.Finally, this paper argues that the market mechanism fully plays the role in order to improve the efficiency of controlling rural environmental pollution. It mainly includes the transformation of the overall leadership role of the government in the prevention of the rural environmental pollution, the establishment of a more suitable system in controlling the rural environmental pollution, making the most of the market mechanism, promoting the market of controlling the environmental pollution and comprehensive control of the rural environmental pollution. In addition to take coercive measures, the role of the various departments should be fully played and make the public take an active part in the activities of controlling the rural environmental pollution.
