Pump Inspection Analysis And Scaling Rule Cognition In Weak Base ASP Flooding

With the increasing extension and application of the ASP flooding, the problems that strong base ASP flooding brings out became more and more serious. Due to its unique advantages, weak base ASP flooding becomes to a flooding technology which has more prospect. However, this technology is also obsessed by scaling problems, which to some extent stops it from being extended and applied widely.Based on the field application of weak Base ASP flooding in North II and North III block of the Daqing oilfield, the scaling samples of wells in test block was tested, and the scaling laws and scaling mechanism has been researched and analyzed; Based on the above, the optimal dosing scheme was confirmed, which that wellhead single pump dosing and wellhead double pumps dosing is the man way and wellhead dosing period is the auxiliary mode, and the current dosing methods and agent has been also evaluated; To extend the checking cycle of pumps, the field application conditions and reasons for pump inspection of production wells has been analyzed. As the results shown:the physical properties of production liquid had a great difference on various stages of Weak base ASP flooding, which had a significant impact on pumps of production wells, then, the small number of dosing wells and low success rate of acid-cleaning was the main reason for broken lever and scaling of rod pumped wells.This paper systematically studied the scaling laws and dosing technology scheme of the weak base ASP flooding experiment block, and analyzed the reasons for pump inspection of production wells in weak base ASP flooding experiment block, determined the appropriate corrective measures, promoting to Spread large-scale the weak base ASP flooding technology on industrialization, bring greater economic benefits for the oil-related businesses.
