The springback of high strength steel sheet has been a difficult problem.The inner cover of the engine cabin is an important part of the car,which has the function of protection,support and connection.In the process of forming,the depth is shallow and the springback is large,which seriously affects the quality of the parts.This topic focuses on a cover plate beam of vehicle engine compartment and typical method of shallow drawing springback control and the optimized process parameters and die structure was put forward.In this paper,the characteristics of high strength steel shallow drawing covering parts forming was proposed,theory high strength steel rebound mechanism and the theory of compensation was analyzed,focus on the induction of drawbead and the drawing threshold difference,characteristics and application are summarized.In CATIA to establish side of the engine compartment cover plate beam 3D model,and the pressing addendum and binder surface design,the digital to analog using software DYNAFORM forming simulation,to simulate the cracking and wrinkling defects,by add and optimizing structure of the drawing threshold number of mode shape quality optimization.The spring back of the part is divided into unloading and trimming,and two methods are adopted to control the unloading springback.One is through the sill of the design drawing,that is to study the influence of different depth of the drawing threshold of the unloading,when about depth H1=4.2mm,small rebound,the second is by DYNAFORM springback compensation method to reduce the springback.In order to control the cutting edge,the orthogonal experiment is established,and the process parameters are the independent variables,and the shape index is the objective function.Forming process of engine cabin side beam cover plate was fully analyzed,including3 D modeling,quality optimization,mold design,experiment verification.Springback was dramatically reduced and product quality was increased.Research for springback control shallow forming of high strength steel in this essay provide a reference to similar forming springback control,which is of high engineering applicable value...
