Our Agricultural Land Soil Pollution Prevention Legislation Question Research

China is a large agricultural country,the development of agricultural economic is directly related to the quality of our whole national economic development and our social stability.agricultural land is the basic livelihood of the farmers,the prevention and control of agricultural land not only influence the sustainable utilization of agricultural land in China,but also the security problem of the grain and the solving of "three agriculture" problems.With China's gradually raise of industrialization and the level of urbanization,rural industry and pollutant of the keeper of livestock breeding and unscientific using of pesticide and fertilizer,resulting in a large number of China's agricultural land soil pollution,directly or indirectly endanger citizens' health and the security of our food.China's agricultural pollution situation of soil is gradually deteriorate,which not only resulted the harm of people's personal safety,but also caused many social problems.This paper begin with the analysis of agriculture soil pollution situation,the reasons of resulting in agricultural soil pollution and the analysis of laws about agricultural land soil pollution.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part briefly introduced the background and significance of this selected topic,and give an overview of the current situation at home and abroad;the second part analyzes the related concept of our country agriculture soil pollution,and points out the serious influence it resulted through analysis the current situation;The third part shows that through drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience,summing up experience of the foreign agricultural pollution prevention and control,which provided us basis experience for our country's agricultural pollution prevention and control law.The fourth part shows the analysis and reflection of China's legal status of agricultural land soil pollution's prevention and control,and this paper also pointed out the existing shortcomings.The fifth proposes some suggestions of our country agricultural soil pollution law,besides,this part also recommend the new structure that special legislation should build.
