Electrolytic polymer PANI becomes the focus in the field of the electrode material for its advantages that it has unique doping behavior,low cost in raw material,simple synthesis process,good oxidation resistance and environmental protection and so on,in addition to the common characteristics of other aromatic hetero-cyclic polymers.However in the study of PANI,we found that the electrical conductivity cannot reach the expection,and carbon based material with with low cost,good resistance to chemical corrosion,good electrical conductivity,etc.,which has a earlier study and better control,is widely used in the field of electrochemistry.In this paper,the carbon based composite materials PAIN with steady performance and high electrical conductivity will be prepared in terms of the reasons above.The carbon-based PANI composite material is prepared by in-situ polymerization,SEM is used to observe the morphology,XRD and FT-IR to research the structure,four-probe meter to detect the specific conductance and electrochemical workstation to study the impedance.The study shows that the composite material has a better electrical conductivity under a condition that taking carbon based material as reducer.The impure PANI is better than the pure.However,PANI mixed with reducing graphene or r-GO/Fe3O4 have the best electrical conductivity which is 5.66s/cm,6.49s/cm relatively and small AC impedance compared with others?such as mixing GO,r-GO?.The graphenes prepared with different reducers have different effects on the composite materials,which shows that the performance of PANI composites under a condition that prepareing graphene by using hydrazine hydrate as reducing agen is better;PANI/r-GO composite material was prepared firstly,and then reverted by using hydrazine hydrate,which results to a change of PANI that the material lost its electrical conductivity.The influence that the quantity of carbon-based materials on the properties of PANI composites is great,the optimal quantity of reducing graphene and r-GO/Fe3O4 is 0.3g,which betters the electrical conductivity.The electrical conductivity of the composite materials prepared by mechanical method is poorer than that by in-situ polymerization,which can be indicated by a phenomenon that the material's electrical conductivity decreased by 10% after mixing the equal graphene.
