China's cement output has ranked the first position in the world for few decades. However, the qualified rate still maintains at a relative low level, which causes great waste. Therefore, it acts as a deterrence to the development of cement industry to some extent. With the development of detection technical skills, the application of on-line particle technology allows cement industry to minimize their original costs. Replacing of traditional human detection, the new technology helps to enhance qualified rates. In this essay, grinding system which depending on the theory of on-line particle technology as well as application in the real case will be introduced. The central ideas are following as below:The research of combined grinding system has been conducted with its object of Zibo Shanlv cement factory. It needs to be mentioned that both of cement particle size, weighing hopper works as the main control objectives, meanwhile selecting the rotating speed of the powder selecting machine, separator speed and circulating fan speed as the variable force.Sampling points were selected appropriately according to the control objectives and processes required. In addition, tests were analyzed in terms of the representative and the stability of sampling point. In this way, it determined the system design principles and architecture.In the part of line particle size analyzer of electrical control, determining the demand and control instrument signal point to figure out I / O points. Finally it determines the type and PLC I / O module modelby consideration of the balance and configuration. Drawing a circuit diagram to display the system and complete the connection of each module, then complete electrical control part of the design.In terms of designing cement grinding granularity control system, it makes use of OPC server connection method to obtain the required variables from the site of the original DCS control systems and on-site equipment control. As a result, the real-time particle size information can be obtained from on-line particle size analyzer. determining to use Bang-Bang control project according to the actual situation. Moreover, it designs to prepare cement interface and program code size optimization and control weighing bin control.The cement combined grinding granularity control system was applied into the actual case, and operated a few months to achieve a stable effect. As a consequence, it stabilized the cement particle size and in turn improved surface of pass rate. Therefore it reduces the operator's operation burden to a large extent, and achieve the size and cement weighing bin material level automatic adjustment for enterprises to play an important role in improving quality and reducing the cost of cement...
