Salbutamol?SAL?is one of ?2-adrenergic.Many lawbreaking traders often add SAL to the animal feeding because it can promote animal growth and reduce the rate of animal fat.If people eating the food with higher salbutamol residues they will appeare symptoms of dried mouth,tachycardia,limb weakness and even lead to death.So it is very necessary to develop a method of detection SAL with high sensitivity,simple operation and low cost.In this paper,glassy carbon electrode was modified by PVP dispersed graphene,gold nanoparticles or ZIF-8 and three electrochemical sensors for the detection of SAL were developed.The main research is as follows:1.Electrochemical determination of SAL on the glassy carbon electrode modified with PVP-grapheneAn electrochemical sensor for the detection of salbutamol was prepared,where the glassy carbon electrode was modified by polyvinyl pyrrolidone-dispersed graphene.The sensor was characterized and studied by CV and DPV.The results indicated that the sensor exhibited a high sensitivity and good stability with the linear range of 5.00×10-9?5.00×10-7 mol/L and the detection limit of 5.00×10-9 mol/L under the optimum conditions of the mass ratio of PVP and RGO of 2.0:1.0,ultrasonic time of 2.0 h and ultrasonic temperature of 30?.The sensor was applied to the determination of salbutamol in the sample of the pork with the recovery between 91.5?109.0%.2.Study of the electrochemical sensor based on AuNPs/PVP-graphene for determination of salbutamolElectrochemical sensor was constructed successfully based on nano gold?AuNPs?and PVP dispersed graphene for measuring the SAL.The factors that affect the determination of SAL,such as the dipping time of AuNPs,suitable measurement matrix solution of experimental,pulse amplitude,voltage amplitude and preconcentration time,etc,were investigated.The experiments showed that the sensor of AuNPs/PVP-RGO/GCE could be successfully used in the determination of real samples of pork with the linear range of 1.00×10-10?1.00×10-8 mol/L and the detection limit of 1.00×10-11 mol/L.The recovery was between 94.0?106.0%and relative standard deviation was less than 3.51%.3.Electrochemical determination of SAL on the glassy carbon electrode modified with ZIF-8 and AuNPs-PVP-grapheneElectrochemical sensor based on ZIF-8,nanometer gold and PVP dispersed graphene was prepared to detect SAL.ZIF-8 was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?and the sensor was characterized scanning electron microscope?SEM?.The sensor was used to detect SAL in pork samples under the optimal conditions of 8 uL of ZIF-8 coating amount and 1 min of enrichment.The results indicated that the sensor exhibited a high sensitivity and good stability with the recovery between 93.0?105.0%and the linear range of 1.00×10-11?5.00×10-9 mol/L.The detection limit was as low as 1.00×10-12 mol/L.
