In the process of using situ-leaching extract ionic type rare-earth ore of weak permeability,with the low leaching rate,the serious adsorption and leaching tailing of rare-earth ore made the resource can't be used effectively and had bad effect on the quality of the rare earth and resource utilization.In order to solve these problems and be full of using the resource,this paper selects ionic type rare-earth ore of weak permeability from Anyuan as research subjects,with the ore body characteristics considered,study about comparing mining methods,carring out a column leaching experiment simulation of the process of leaching of ionic type rare-earth ore of weak permeability and improving the method of traditional heap leaching,in order to provide guidance and evidence for mining method selection.Firstly,this paper compares three leaching methods,including tank leaching,heap leaching and situ leaching,analyze advantages,disadvantages,and applicable conditions.With the ore body characteristics of ionic type rare-earth ore considered and then it concludes: the most suitable for mining ionic type rare-earth ore of weak permeability is Heap leaching,and then carries out a column leaching experiment simulation of the process of leaching of ionic type rare-earth ore of weak permeability,the results showed that: because of the difference of the key type,key energy and solubility,the capacity of different electrolyte cation exchanging the rare earth ions was on the order of NH4+>K+>Na+;when the Leaching agent concentration was higher or lower,or The dosage was lower,the pH value was too high or too low,the flow rate was quicker slower,or the moisture content of ore was too high,or the grain size was too small,all these would affect the leaching efficiency of rare earth,and the rare earth leaching rate.Leaching of the rare earth is affected by the temperature,when the temperature rising,there will be much activation of molecular impacting the leach.The most optimized parameters for the leaching process was determined: Ammonium Sulfate as leaching agent,with the concentration of 30g/L,the natural pH 5.5,Liquid-solid ratio 1:1,ore leaching velocity 2.8mL/min.Finally,the rare earth leaching liquid is right,with that its leaching rate was69.20% and the average concentration was 1.78 g/L,higher about 10% than situ leaching.Though mining leaching rate of ionic type rare-earth ore of weak permeability in this column leaching experiment simulation was 69.20%,it is need to be improved to leach much rare earth.Through the heap construction,increasing the permeability of internalOre heap and increasing liquid we can improve permeability of ore bodies.The results showed that: when ore pile bottom cushion Angle is 5°and the area of permeators added accounts for 2% of the area of cylinder ore heap,the leaching effect is best.The Leaching rate was 79.24%,the average leaching concentration of Rare earth ions was 2.03 g/L.In comparison with the traditional heap leaching,the leaching rate was increased by 10.04%,and the average leaching concentration of Rare earth ions was increased by 0.25g/L.It can clearly be seen that the efficiency of leaching ionic type rare-earth ore of weak permeability has improved significantly by optimizing the heap leaching mining method.
