As the background of Long Qiao iron residual ore in the stability of the recovery process,Based on the distribution of ore residue,storage and distribution form investigation and study,referring to the current production situation of mine,Suitable for recycling scheme is proposed in this paper,and USES the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,site monitoring design and numerical simulation research method,combining the actual production situation of Long-qiao iron ore for its retention in the goaf of ore and leave the of the triangle pillar recovery technology and the law of ground pressure were studied.The main research content is as follows:(1)Obtained the occurrence morphology of ore body and the engineering analysis of geology,ore deposit geology and other basic data,as for the long qiao iron investigations and produce the design data,and collect a lot of point load strength test of ore/rock,after finishing the results of the analysis data to calculate the compressive strength.Combining the mining technical conditions,Long-qiao iron line 8 and 7 without the bottom area of pillar sublevel caving goaf surrounding rock mass stability is evaluated.The results showed that the quality grade of ore/rock are ? level,rock is hard and good stability.(2)Mine exploration status are analyzed,the result showed that the distribution position and scope.Video logging tool is used to regular observation of goaf roof caving,ore for the observation information got such as the accumulation of waste rock thickness and the height of the mined-out area,according to the statistics of hole in the mining quantity,excavating by-product ore,ore quantity and production technology index was finished the residual ore quantity estimation.(3)Paper analyzed the residual ore mining economic and technological conditions,selected the three mining methods,built the basic fuzzy mathematical model.And chose five indicators :mining cost,filling mining cut than production capacity,ore,loss rate and dilution rate.After the analysis and calculation,we have chosen sublevel open recovered made between flat-back cut and fill method is the best solution.(4)The factors affecting the surrounding rock stress and strain are analyzed,surrounding rock stress and rock movement monitoring scheme is designed.According to the long qiao ironore-bearing rock mechanics properties and the performance parameters of the monitoring instrument,the appropriate secondary stress and the rock movement monitoring instrument was selected,and the instrument installation and debugging work has been done.After the instrument is stable periodic monitoring data,data fitting are analyzed,the law of ground pressure in the process of remnant ore recovery are mastered.(5)Numerical simulation mainly analyzed the effect of investigating the recycling of ore under overburden stratum at the empty area roof stability of mined-out area.Order of loose ore could be recovered,recycling is optimized,the partition recovery,timely filling recycling scheme has also been confirmed.
