In order to solve the problems of large stress and broken surrounding rock with the increasing depth in Hengyuan coal mine, analyzing basic information and destruction causes of6roadways、4preparation roadways and1development roadway, by use of the mathematics method to fuzzy clustering and integrated strength σD、σd、σc of roadway roof, floor,the sides with the stress ratio of Si according to certain weight of the product and to determine the overall stability classification of surrounding rock of roadway, based on research,supporting control principle of different roadways is put forward and second category and sub-classification of preparation roadway is done.By use of numerical simulation to optimize support parameter to the typical gateway-. preparation roadway in Hengyuan coal mine. Results show that:(1) by increasing the support system of supporting density and row spacing can effectively increase the stability of the roadway and more effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock. The displacement in airway of roof and floor total amount decreased by45%, the displacement in head entry of roof and floor decreased by47%. Roof and floor of roadway deformation than sides.(2) the displacement of roof and floor is larger than the displacement of two sides and stress concentration factor of stress-rising area is1.96-2.28.(3) as the working face advancing, roof and floor of roadway displacement increases gradually, under the condition of the original support system, strengthen the support strength can effectively reduce the displacement of roof and floor and two sides Increase the support strength, displacement of roof and floor decreased by51%.Through the engineering practice, the supporting effect is good, effective control of surrounding rock and satisfies the requirement of safe production,the research in this paper can provide beneficial reference for the similar geological and engineering condition.
