The transparent insulation films not only need to meet the requirement of normal transparent, but also need effectively block infrared light and ultraviolet light to achieve insulation. It has wide application prospects in automotive insulation, building material, etc. In this paper,Ag/TiO2 transparent insulation films are designed according to Antireflection film theory, and prepared by magnetron sputtering process. The effects of films' thickness and preparing parameters, bottom material on transmittance and thermal insulation of Ag/TiO2 composite films are systematic studied, and TiO2 film's preparing parameters are optimized. The design ideas of Ag/TiO2 composite film are proposed according to the car glass film's transmittance and thermal insulation requirement. The Ag/TiO2 film's optical properties are simulated by TFCalc, and got optimal films' thickness are at Ag film's thickness of 15 nm,TiO2 film's thickness of 20 nm,which can meet requirements of transmission and thermal insulation. The effect of Ag film's thickness on transmittance and thermal insulation of Ag/TiO2 composite films is studied. Results show that with the increase of Ag film's sputtering time, thickness increase,Ag/TiO2 films' thermal insulation temperature difference increase, while the average transmittance of visible light firstly increase and then decrease. The effects of TiO2 film's preparing parameters on transmittance and thermal insulation of Ag/TiO2 composite films are studied and its preparing parameters are optimized. Results show that:?1?the average transmittance of visible light and thermal insulation temperature difference firstly increase and then decrease with the increase of vacuum degree, sputtering time,Radio-frequency power and argon flow.?2?preparing parameters of argon flow has the largest influence on average transmittance of visible light, followed by Radio-frequency power, sputtering time, vacuum degree.?3?preparing parameters of vacuum degree has the largest influence on thermal insulation temperature difference, followed by sputtering time,Radio-frequency power, argon flow.?4?TiO2 film's optimal preparing parameters are Radio-frequencypower of 150 w,vacuum degree of 4×10-3Pa,sputtering time of 15 min, argon flow of 20 m L·min-1.The effects of SiO2?TiO2?bottom material on transmission and thermal insulation of Ag/TiO2 composite films are studied. Results show that:?1?the average transmittance of visible light and thermal insulation temperature difference increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of SiO2 film's sputtering time, while decrease firstly and then increase with the increase of TiO2 film's sputtering time.?2?three films of Ag /TiO2,SiO2/Ag/TiO2,TiO2/Ag/TiO2,Ag / TiO2 film's visible light average transmission rate and thermal insulation temperature difference are the highest of 70.85% and 5.20 C,and Ag/TiO2 composite film's transmittance and thermal insulation are the best.
