Automotive glass is an important part of automotive.The performance of automotive glass affects the comfort of driving.Automotive glass insulation film has good visible light transmittance and infrared barrier,which can effectively reduce the impact of solar radiation on drivers.Effective use of automotive glass insulation film can not only optimize the optical performance,but also effectively improve the temperature inside the car,reduce the burden of air conditioning,further reduce the energy consumption in air conditioning in summer and winter,and play an energy-saving and environmental protection effect.Therefore,the preparation and technology research of automotive glass insulation film is the inevitable trend of the development of green,low-carbon and environmental protection society.In the last two decades,the preparation technology of automotive glass insulation film has made great progress gradually.In order to improve its performance,the research and preparation methods of glass insulation film have been improved.It has become an important direction for the development of new automotive glass technology.In this paper,based on the requirements of transparency and thermal insulation of automotive glass film,automotive glass thermal insulation film composed of bottom layer TiO2 film,metal Ag film and surface layer TiO2 film was prepared by magnetron sputtering technology on ordinary glass substrate.The suitable sputtering parameters were obtained by single factor variable analysis experiments.The visible light transmittance,infrared light transmittance,morphology and thermal insulation temperature difference of the films were tested by using UV spectrophotometer,SEM and self-made heat insulation device.The results show that the automotive glass insulation film with compact,uniform and smooth surface,average transmittance of visible light 74.43%,thermal insulation temperature difference 4?and average transmittance of infrared light less than 50%can be obtained under the experimental conditions.The influence of preparation parameters on the transmittance of heat insulating film was studied,and the optimum preparation parameters were obtained:the sputtering time of bottom TiO2 film was 25 min,the sputtering power was 175 w,the flow rate of Ar was 25 seem,the sputtering time of metal layer Ag film was 0.6 min,the sputtering power was 110 w,and the sputtering pressure was 1.0 Pa.The sputtering time of TiO2 film on the surface of 25 seem,flow rate was 30 min,the sputtering power was 175 w,and the Ar flow rate was 25 seem.The effect of sputtering time on the thermal insulation performance of thermal insulation film was studied.The results show that:(1)When the Ag film is sputtered for 0.6 min,the transmittance of the sample is not only guaranteed in the visible light range,but also gradually decreased in the infrared light range.The reflectivity of the Ag film to the infrared light is enhanced,and the test results show that the thermal insulation temperature difference is relatively high and the thermal insulation performance is good.(2)The thermal insulation temperature difference of the surface layer of TiO2 film is the largest when it is sputtered for 25 minutes,which is about 6.3?.However,the maximum visible light transmittance of the sample under the experimental parameters is low,and the average visible light transmittance is less than 70%,which is not in accordance with the requirements.The effect of heat treatment temperature on the thermal stability of insulation film was studied.The results show that the thermal insulation temperature difference increases first and then decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperature.When the temperature is 200 C,the visible light transmittance is the highest,the infrared light transmittance is low,the thermal insulation temperature difference is the largest,and the thermal insulation performance is good.
