Sudden natural disasters occur frequently in the range of China and the world, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, etc. these disasters on human society and the economy has brought great damage. In response to the disaster, the relevant departments in accordance with specific emergencies, before the disaster emergency staff some form of emergency training and drills, to reduce unnecessary losses caused by disasters. But in reality there is a high cost of emergency drills, pertinence, considering the results of exercise blurring problem, use a computer simulated emergency drills be a suitable choice. But sudden disaster uncertainty, dynamic and unpredictable factors such as its complexity make the current object-oriented enough to vividly describe and express the traditional method of computer-based processes, etc., so that the computer-based emergency drills and actual derailment.Multi-Agent System Agent with autonomy, reactivity and initiative of these characteristics, is an efficient, flexible software development model, this flexible method to simulate complex emergencies provides a guideline. On the use of computer-based JADE development platform, with Agent simulated disaster events in the elements, according to the characteristics of the disaster to improve coordination mechanisms within internet Agent members, the message transfer mechanism, and the design corresponding GUI, so that the occurrence of the disaster and evolution clearly and directly apparent, so that the simulation results closer to reality, allowing exercise more pragmatic.Based on these ideas, the paper Multi-Agent technology, emergency drills and emergency drills based on Multi-Agent simulation related discussion. The issue on water pollution incidents are given in detail, and modeled according to the situation described the impact of contaminants leaking evolution. Based on JADE platform, with Agent simulation model, to establish contact Agent Cooperation Mechanism between the simulation model. At the same time the use of technology in the eclipse java build JADE environment, to achieve a platform features state model using Agent class attributes and continue to represent its output in the output window, provide real-time status of each model in the operation.Research and practice shows that the use of multi-Agent technology to dynamically simulate the dynamic development process of an emergency incident, emergency drills more effective solutions that exist in the dynamic and complex nature of the problem compared to conventional methods.
