| With the rapid development of economy and society,various public emergencies are also emerging in endlessly.According to Chinese official data,in the year of 2018,only natural disasters have caused 130 million person-time to suffer disasters,and direct economic losses exceeded 260 billion yuan.The purpose of preparing an emergency response plan is not only to prevent and reduce the occurrence of public emergencies,but also to ensure that effective emergency rescue operations can be taken in accordance with the established emergency response measures in case of public emergencies to protect the people’s personal and property security,control the situation as soon as possible and minimize losses.With the advent of the information age,emergency theory research is gradually combined with digital technology,so that the advantages of computer technology can be fully utilized to optimize the design of emergency response plan,and the prevention,disposal and guidance of emergency response plan can be better utilized.Reduce the risk of sudden public events and reduce the losses caused by public emergencies.The formal description and simulation drill research of the emergency response plan is an important area for the digital development of the emergency response plan,and it is also the main content of this paper.The research work done in this paper is as follows:1.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of theoretical research and digital research of emergency response plan,point out the problem of insufficient integration of the ontology description and simulation drill in the current emergency plan.,and proposes the improvement ideas and work plan for the problems.2.The ontology description and the agent in the simulation drill system are combined by the Jess rule engine.Based on Protege,a fire ontology is constructed,and the framework knowledge of ontology is transformed into the rule knowledge in Jess.The Jess-based emergency rule base is constructed,and Jess is directly embedded into the Agent behavior class,which gives the emergency response agent and command agent a certain knowledge reasoning ability.3.Referring to the Shanghai emergency response plan for dealing with fire accidents,the design of the emergency response plan simulation drill system completed from the operational logic level and technical implementation level of the emergency response plan,combined with the ontology modeling part,basically realize the ontology-based agent.The main functions of communication,command and rescue simulation,and ontology storage,and a simulation drill based on the factory fire is realized. |
