Traditional cement mortar insulation effect is poor and the construction process is complex. High energy consumption of building materials have become an important part of China's energy waste, we need to develop new wall thermal insulation materials with low energy consumption and good performance. Therefore, the topic is based on the principle of energy saving, environmental protection and construction technology. By adding polypropylene fiber, nano SiO2, and other additives, fiber reinforced cement mortar and fiber reinforced foamed cement mortar are studied respectively. Meanwhile, we explored the related mechanism and construction technology. The main research contents and results are as follows:The chemical composition, mineral composition and microstructure of steel slag powder are studied by X-ray diffraction, SEM and other test methods. Derived analysis: steel slag mainly contains CaO, SiO2, slag powder had low alkalinity, the main phase of powder contains: CaCO3?SiO2?2CaO·SiO2?3CaO·MgO·2SiO2. To explore the chemical activator activation of steel slag powder, the chemical activator enhancement effect: Na2 Si O3·9H2O>CaCl2>Na2SO4>NaCl. Probing composite excitation, the optimal ratio of activator: 2% Na2SiO3·9H2O and 2% Na2SO4.By means of infrared spectrum analysis, SEM and other test methods, we studied the effect of the fiber on the matrix before and after modification, and explore the mechanism of fiber modification. Results showed: the polypropylene fibers modified by surface oxidation that had good dispersion and hydrophilicity, the fiber surface was introduced-COOH?-OH, and then had a strong chemical bond. Compared with the addition of unmodified polypropylene fiber and the samples of modified polypropylene fiber, the mechanical strength of the sample 7d, 28 d were increased. The optimum content of the modified PP fiber was 0.8%, at this time, the 7d, 28 d of the sample were 0.32 MPa and 0.41 MPa, the 7d, 28 d of the sample were 0.41 MPa and 0.53 MPa.The influence of two poly mass ratio, water cement ratio, glazed hollow bead on the properties of thermal insulation mortar. Results showed: the best mixing ratio of two, the ratio of water to cement ratio and the ratio of water to cement ratio of EPS were 56.87, 0.76 and 30%, respectively. At this time, the sample drying density was 298 kg/m3, the thermal conductivity was 0.082 W/?m?k?, the 28 d compressive strength was 0.67 MPa.With cement, steel slag powder, foaming agent, foam stabilizing agent, polystyrene particles, dispersible latex powder, modified polypropylene fiber, nano SiO2 as raw material, fiber reinforced foamed cement thermal insulation mortar was prepared. We explored the best amount of admixture:the water cement ratio was 6%, foam stabilizing agent 8%, modified polypropylene fiber 0.9%, dispersible emulsion powder 2%, water cement ratio of 0.62, nano SiO2 0.8%. The test was added to the nano particles, which could effectively improve the strength of the sample, and the fiber reinforced foamed cement thermal insulation mortar could be made. The sample 3d flexural strength and compressive strength reached 0.28 MPa and 0.45 MPa, 28 d bending strength and compressive strength reached 0.59 MPa and 0.59 MPa. All performances conformed to the GB/T20473-2006.The thermal insulation mortar prepared by the test system could be applied to the actual construction, to ensure the performance of thermal insulation mortar. Respectively from the construction, construction, after the construction of thermal insulation mortar in the practical application of the operating procedures and matters needing attention, in order to improve the life of insulation mortar.
