Energy-saving construction has become an important part of energy conservation strategy in China.Energy-saving construction is reflected on the wall.That is to say, the envelope of the wall will be heated.In the existing wall insulation system.With the increasing requirement of energy-saving construction,the wall insulation makes some new requirements on the technology of the existing system of thermal insulation materials.Research and applications on wall materials has become a new trend of the construction material industry and civil sustainable development.Building insulation dry mortar,as a new type of building material,has high performance,good quality and stability.It is convenient for the construction and conducive to environmental protection.Its unique advantage in insulation properties makes it become one of the typical representatives.In this paper,from energy conservation,environmental protection and resource recycling,the materials are dealt with the composite materials technology and modified additives.After the survey of the performance indexes of the modified insulation mortar and foam concrete,the external wall system is calculated and inferred to meet the energy requirements.Test and calculation show that in this article the work has basically ensured that concrete mortar wall insulation materials has insulation and waterproof property, which made some important theoretical and experimental achievements:(1) The design of glass-bead insulation material(glazed hollow bead,cement, latex powder,hydrophobic agent) is adopted with three levels and four factors L9(34) Orthogonal.The test of the factors which influence the performance of the insulation motar will be adopted.By the limited analysis,theory of the best proportion will be achieved with the optimal formula:0.5 of water-cement ratio,40%of glass bead content,5%of the amount of latex powder and 0.5%of hydrophobic silicate.Based on that,the quality of the other materials will be ensured.(2) Polymer powders have the effects on the performance of the insulation mortar tests:polymer powders play a good role in reducing the water,which can improve the mobility and workability of the cement mortars.Powders will reduce the compressive strength of mortar,and improve the flexural strength so that the overall pressure will drop.With more powders in,the water absorption of the pores and the water absorption volume of mortar will be reduced to improve the impermeability.Powders reduce the mortar thermal conductivity by reducing the mortar hardening density and the effect will be reduced with the increasing materials in.(3) This paper discusses the hydrophobic principle in glass beads and hydrophilic principle in addictive,by the experiments,different hydrophobic agent performance and its stability of performance will be analyzed.According to the measure data of hydrophobic block 2d and 28d:Fatty acids 93.5°,78.5°;Silane-based powder 115°, 106.5°;RI554Z107°,103.5°,Compared with the test block absorption,the results are as follows:Silane-hydrophobic has the best effects,RI554Z has the best stability.(4) The paper discussed how the foam concrete is converted into the bubble and into a hole.The role of the solid foam HPMC has been put forward.With appropriate HPMC,the mobility of the foam concrete will be improved.When HPMC content is greater than 0.1%,it is not conducive to the stability of the volume of foam concrete. The overuse of it will lead to strength collapse.HPMC lower the foam concrete tensile strength and compressive strength at the same time lower the pressure at the appropriate volume from 2.2 to 1.8.Foam concrete pressure will increase with dropping rate of the tensile strength and compressive strength.Through non-linear analysis,the ordinary concrete foam density-porosity curve of HPMC and the density of foam concrete-porosity curve will be described.By improving the concrete pore foam,the thermal conductivity properties will be improved but it has little impact.(5) On the base of the thermal parameters formula of the external wall,the experiment data and the national norms,the energy saving system of the foam insulation mortar of glass beads and concrete wall calculates the heat insulation.The total calculated external wall insulation for the resistance is Rc= 1.68m2·k/W,the least-resistance requirements is 0.588m2·k/W,65%energy-saving of the combined winter.The total calculated thermal insulation on the external walls is 6.4W/m2·℃.In the hottest summer month,the indoor air-conditioned rooms have an average temperature of Ti = 24.9℃<26℃.The air-conditioned rooms meet the minimum 26℃which is over Insulation requirements of the regions in the country's hot summer and cold winter.The economic heated resistance of the external wall,the calculation of the consumption of the external walls and the insulation thickness of the optimal formula of the thickness are considered as the calculation basis of the energy-saving walls.
