Research And Design Of Control System For The Green Tea Production Line

China is a big tea producing and consuming country of the world.In recent years,as the demand of market for tea is growing and the demand for quality of tea is increasing,many manufacturers have begun to develop the clean,continuous tea production line.Based on excellent analyzes and summarizes of the current situation,the level of tea production and the equipment processing at home and abroad,using industrial automation and control technology,research and design a PLC control system with high reliability,simple operation,greatly improving production efficiency,saving labor.Research the equipment of production line for green tea,analyze the problems of original control system.According to the process of green tea production and processing needs to determine the overall production line control scheme.Based on control design,design the control hardware circuits,and based on the principle of selection for PLC,complete the selection of PLC,inverter and other electrical components,drawing electrical schematics,electrical cabinet complete the design and production,and hardware installation and wiring.Meanwhile,this paper fuzzy control algorithm is studied,respectively,in the outer ring of green tea production fixing,the rationale article,drying part of the design of the fuzzy controller and the simulation on Labview.Fuzzy controller uses tea master in many years of work experience summary,control imitate people do tea time on the production line to control,to achieve the production line automation,continuous production;From the theoretical analysis and practical experience in the perspective of a simple PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control three algorithms are compared,the final fuzzy control algorithm PID algorithm as the inner temperature control.In accordance with the modular design were PLC programming with the touch screen menu design,software design is completed.Finally,debugging the green tea production line control system through the experiment,and the experimental results show that the design of the PLC control system can effectively control the coordination of green tea production line,improve the quality of tea production and tea processing.
