Swing welding has extensive application in actual welding production, the article has done thorough research of welding swing device through the analysis of its current characteristics and the compare of several main control systems, and has finally designed a well interactive interface with the welding swing device embedded control system. The experimental results show that the display interface is friendly, the performance is reliable, the operation is stable and it has a good real-time response, through the system interface users can set the swing start or stop, swing amplitude, swing velocity and the left, middle, right stop time. In this paper, the welding swing device embedded control system is mainly designed and researched from the several aspects below:(1)The selection of mechanical structure and design of welding swing device.Through analyzing several reciprocating motion mechanism system, the article determines to ahieve rotation movement into liner movement by useing rotary motor as swing mechanism system, and based on it makes the corresponding selection and design.(2)The choice of main control chip and relating hardware circuit.By analyzing and comparing several commonly used chips, the paper uses the STM32F103 series microprocessor as the master control chip, and uses the resistive touch screen TFT-LCD as the input and display terminal, and at the same time builds a serial port circuit to realize serial communication parameters input, and sets up the output driving circuit which is composed of stepping motor driver TB6560 and stepping motor 42BYGH47-401 A.(3)System software framework construction of welding swing device.In order to realize a good response and interface, and make welding swing parameters adjustment easily, the article builds the software framework by transplanting the embedded real-time operating system ?C/OS ? and emWin graphics library on STM32F103 series microprocessor with RVMDK complier.(4) Software module program design of embedded system.On the basis of the system software framework and the properity of ?C/OS?, this paper creates start task, emWin task, serial port task, interface refresh task and swing control task to achieve parameters input, interface display and welding swing control.(5)Experiment test of welding swing device.Through serial port communication experiment and by building of a swing semi-physical simulation to conduct swing amplitude experiment, swing velocity experiment and eight swing mode experiment to test the reliability and stability of the system.
