Schiff base compounds are widely used in the synthesis of various metal complexes because of their structure and species diversity. Therefore, the preparation of new Schiff base ligands to change the structure of metal complexes has become an important topic in coordination chemistry. In catalysis, fluorescence probe and analysis of agriculture, has great potential in application, chemical dyes and polymer industry, food industry, chemical structure, biological pesticide, magnetic fields of Schiff base and its metal complexes, the extensive and different scope of application of the new Schiff base compounds is regarded as compounds of great research value.In this paper, seven kinds of Schiff base ligands and five corresponding Cu???, Ni??? and Co??? metal complexes were synthesized. The Schiff base ligand is passed on and adjacent Aminoacetophenone and corresponding hydrochloride preparation intermediates, and then with 5-chlorine salicylic aldehyde, 3, 5-bromine salicylaldehyde, 3-bromo-5-chlorine salicylic aldehyde, 4-?diethylamino? salicylaldehyde, 2-hydroxy naphthalene formaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, o-vanillin reaction to achieve 1-?4-??5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene?amino?phenyl?ethanone O-isobutyl oxime?HL1? ?1-?4-??3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene?amino?phenyl?ethanone O-isobutyl oxime?HL2??1-?4-??3-bromo-5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene?amino?phenyl?ethanone O-isobutyl oxime?HL3? ? 1-?4-??2-hydroxy-4-?pentan-3-yl?benzylidene?amino?phenyl?ethanone O-isobutyl oxime?HL4??1-?4-???2-hydroxynaphthalen-1-yl?methylene?amino?phenyl?ethanone O-isobutyl oxime?HL5? ? 2-?2-hydroxyphenyl?-4-methyl-1,2-dihydroquinazoline 3-oxide?HL6? ?2-?2-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl?-4-methyl-1,2-dihydroquinazoline 3-oxide?HL7? ? The element analysis and solubility test were carried out on the synthesized ligands, and the correctness of the ligand structure was determined by 1H NMR.By the ligands HL6 and HL7 respectively with Co?NO3?2·6H2O, Co?CH3COO?2·4H2O, Cu?NO3?2·3H2O and Ni?CH3COO?2·4H2O of coordination reaction, synthesis a Cu??? complex, two Ni??? complexes and two kinds of Co??? complexes, in which the Cu??? complex crystal is a planar four coordination geometry of the single core molecular structure. Ni??? complex 1 crystal is octahedral coordination geometry of the single core molecular structure, there are two water molecules into the unit cell which is not involved in coordination. Ni??? complexes 2 crystal for the molecular structure of the binuclear octahedral coordination geometry, there are two acetate ions to enter the cell in coordination. Co??? complex 1 crystal is a single core structure with octahedral coordination geometry, and two ethyl acetate molecules enter the unit cell. Co??? complex 2 crystal structure of the octahedral coordination geometry of the dual core molecules. Metal complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, spectral analysis, X-ray single crystal diffraction and other test data. The Cu??? complex was calculated by DFT theory and EPR electron paramagnetic resonance test, the fluorescence properties and electrochemical properties of two Ni??? complexes and two Co??? complexes were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. In addition, the metal ion recognition performance of HL6 and HL7 in this paper and the antibacterial activity of metal complexes to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were also studied.
