The regional landscape with good ecological function is an important factor to the sustainable development of the region, scientific and rational regional landscape layout will help to improve the ecological environment of the region, so as to guide the region to the healthy and orderly direction.Ecological network is an effective way to connect the landscape with the function of protecting the ecological environment, to achieve a good cycle of matter and energy in the regional ecosystem.However, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, the frequently human activities make the regional landscape become more and more fragmented and isolated, regional biodiversity and ecosystem network systems have been seriously threatened. Therefore, how to effectively layout the regional landscape pattern and the rational construction of regional ecological corridor has important significance for the protection of regional biodiversity and promoting regional sustainable development.Poyang Lake Eco-economic zone has good natural environment and good ecological system, however,with the enhancement of human activities on the regional landscape and biodiversity, the ecological environment in the region has been seriously damaged, large changes in landscape structure, regional biodiversity is decreasing,biological species have suffered serious threats.This paper takes the Poyang Lake Eco-economic zone as the research object, application of GIS technology, through the ArcGIS9.3 and other related software, using the current situation of land use in Jiangxi Province in 2012 as the main data source,landscape classification of land use types in the study area, and the establishment of regional landscape type database. Using Fragstats3.3 software to calculate the regional landscape index, the landscape pattern of the study area was quantitatively analyzed. On this basis, the effects of landscape types, different slope and human activities on the migration of species were comprehensively considered, Based on the minimum cost model, construct the potential ecological corridor, and analyze the composition of the corridor landscape, evaluation of the interaction strength between the ecological patches using the gravity model, and identify the important ecological corridors,nodes and break points in the regional ecological network, the analysis of potential ecological corridor connectivity quantitative analysis method of network structure. The main conclusions are:(1) Forest landscape and landscape of agricultural park as the main landscape types, the number of landscape patches is uneven, the shape rules, complexity and distribution are also different,regional overall landscape patch shape is relatively simple, most of the patch density is small,forest landscape patch density is larger,adjacent to other landscape is also lower,therefore, the degree of fragmentation is higher so the higher, other landscape patch fragmentation degree is low.(2)The overall landscape of Poyang Lake Eco-economic zone is diverse,rich landscape type, patch type is more uniform, there are certain advantages, but not obvious,but the landscape patch connectivity among the poor, polymerization degree is not high.(3) Forest is the main landscape type of ecological corridor in the study area, among them, there are mainly forest land and other forest land, construction land, although its landscape resistance, but they are the key to the construction and optimization of ecological network.(4) The interaction strength between different ecological patches is obvious, the larger its interaction strength,the smaller the resistance between the ecological patches,conducive to communication between species, an important ecological corridors and ecological nodes are mainlydistributed around Poyang Lake,at the intersection point of fracture mostly in the ecological ecological corridor and traffic arteries.(5) Construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic zone ecological network structure is more fluid,for species to choose the path of migration more, with high network connectivity, network structure is more complex, the economic costs is relatively high.
